PENERIMAAN PESERTA DIDIK BARU TAHUN PELAJARAN 2023 – 2024 AKAN DILAKSANAKAN PADA AWAL FERBRUARI TAHUN 2023

  • Pendaftaran online dan offline dilakukan oleh calon siswa/siswi di SMAN 16 Banda Aceh dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut :
    A. Persyaratan Pendaftaran Offline Siswa Baru:
    1. Mengisi Formulir Pendaftaran yang dibagikan oleh panitia PPDB di SMAN 16 Banda Aceh
    2. Pas Photo Warna 3×4 sebanyak (4 lembar)
    3. Fotokopi NISN (1 lembar)
    4. Fotokopi Kartu Keluarga (1 lembar)
    5. Fotokopi KTP Orang tua/Wali (1 lembar)
    6. Surat Keterangan AKTIF dari Sekolah ( SMP, MTsn)
    7. Semua berkas dimasukkan kedalam map dan diantarkan langsung ke SMAN 16 Banda Aceh bertempat di Jalan Prof. Ali Hasyimi No. 7C. Gp. Ilie, Kec. Ulee Kareng (Samping KUA Ulee Kareng) Banda Aceh, selama Masa
    Pendaftaran berlangsung.

    B. Persyaratan Pendaftaran Online Siswa Baru :
    1. Mengisi google form pendaftaran online di link: https://bit.ly/pendaftaran_online_sman16_2023 (print bukti pendaftaran online halaman terakhir sesudah kirim data pendaftaran)
    2. Pas Photo Warna 3×4 sebanyak (4 lembar)
    3. Fotokopi NISN (1 lembar)
    4. Fotokopi Kartu Keluarga (1 lembar)
    5. Fotokopi KTP Orang tua/Wali (1 lembar)
    6. Surat Keterangan AKTIF dari Sekolah ( SMP, MTsn)
